説明

手続き型:

bool mysqli_data_seek ( mysqli_result result, int offset )

オブジェクト指向型（メソッド）:

class mysqli_result {

bool data_seek ( int offset )

}

mysqli_data_seek() 関数は、result があらわす結果の任意の行 offset にポインタを移動します。 offset は、ゼロから全行数 - 1 までの間（0..mysqli_num_rows() - 1）である必要があります。

注意: この関数は、mysqli_store_result() あるいは mysqli_query() によって取得した、バッファに格納されている結果に対してのみ使用可能です。

返り値

成功した場合に TRUE を、失敗した場合に FALSE を返します。
